Supply of goods
Learning with Linden Ltd retains the right to withdraw from the fulfilment of orders affected by unforeseen market or manufacturing conditions, as well as unexpectedly high shipping costs. The customer would be notified by telephone/email.
Specification
Learning with Linden Ltd reserves the right to alter the specification of any product, without notice. We shall however, endeavour to inform customers of any such changes prior to processing of an order.
Use of Images
We cannot guarantee to be able to reproduce all our backdrop images to any size requested, as cropping or loss of image quality may occur. Some images also have restrictions on how they may be used. This is not made explicit within the image details on the product listing.
Wholesale Pricing
Prices are reviewed annually in September, for the following Jan1st to Dec 31st period. Wholesale and reseller customers should contact us annually, to confirm prices, before committing to print.
Retail Pricing
The valid prices for all items are found on our current published price list. We reserve the right to amend prices at any point prior to despatch of goods, due to unforeseen increase in costs etc. The customer would be informed of any such change and would have the right to amend or cancel any such order.
All prices shown on the website and featured on the price list are shown exclusive of VAT.
Opening an Account/Payment terms
All local authority run schools, nurseries and most departments are automatically entitled to a 30 day account from time of placing first order.
For wholesalers, payment is required with first order. A 30 day account can then be set up subject to satisfactory references.
For private sales, payment is required prior to the despatch of goods.
Receipt of goods
Do not sign for any parcels, if damaged, unless 'received damaged' is written onto all copies of the consignment note.
All damages must be reported to our office within three days of receipt of goods. Refunds or exchange of goods may not be possible if the points above are not followed.
Returns Policy
Goods must not be returned without first contacting our office, as this may invalidate a refund/exchange of goods.
Damaged/faulty goods or goods sent due to supplier error will be replaced and uplifted at Learning with Linden's expense.
For all other returned items, a restocking charge of 25% will be charged plus any carriage costs incurred. These charges will be deducted from the value of the relevant refund/credit note.
Refunds/return of goods are not possible after 28 days from date of delivery.
Refunds are not possible for goods returned in a damaged or non saleable state.
Guarantee
All our non-consumable goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of the invoice (marker pens and whiteboard cleaning fluid are examples of consumable goods). This covers faulty parts and/or workmanship and would result in exchange of parts, exchange of goods or a refund/credit note, depending on circumstance.
Title of goods
All items supplied remain the property of Learning with Linden Ltd, until full payment has been received.
Privacy Policy/Credit Card information
No customer information will be passed on to a third party.
Customer credit card information is used at the time of sale only, and then deleted.

All major credit cards are accepted for payment of goods.
Back Orders
If ordered goods are not in stock, they will be placed on order and delivered as soon as possible. The customer will be notified of the delay and will have the right to cancel or amend the order accordingly.
How to Pay
Account holders may pay by cheque, credit card, BACS.
Private customers may pay by cheque, credit card, BACS, when placing an order.

Shipping Charges
The cost of delivery depends on the value of the order. The rates are as follows:
UK Mainland
(includes : England, Wales, Low and Central Scotland and Isle of Wight)

Orders over £75.00 (ex vat) - FREE of charge*
Highlands & Islands
(Includes : Scottish Highlands, Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man)
Shipping costs for the Highlands & Islands are from £3.99 to £29.99* The shipping due is calculated by weight and will be displayed in your shopping cart, before you confirm your order.
Europe
Shipping costs for Europe are from £3.99 to £29.99* The shipping due is calculated by weight and will be displayed in your shopping cart, before you confirm your order.
Rest of World
Shipping Costs for the Rest of the World are from £4.99 to £49.99* The shipping due is calculated by weight and will be displayed in your shopping cart, before you confirm your order.
*Special Conditions
A few of our products are quite bulky or extra long and therefore attract an additional shipping charge. This charge will be in addition to the charges shown above and will be separately itemised in the shopping cart, so you can clearly see them, prior to confirming your order.
If we are unable to ship to you, as your destination is remote or if the shipping costs are more expensive than as shown above or at the website checkout, then we will contact you, prior to processing your order, with a revised shipping proposal.

How long will it take?
We aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days from receipt of an order. If for any reason we are temporarily out of stock of any items, we will ring to let you know what has happened and when you can expect delivery.
Checking and signing for goods
Never accept goods, without first looking at the state of the outer carton and without retaining a signed copy of the carriers delivery note. If appropriate, add statements such as, "received in poor condition" and "contents of box unchecked" to the delivery notes before signing.
